1. Consultation Fee

• Consultations are complimentary. 

• We do, however, require your card details at the time of booking to secure appointment.

• Your card will not be charged, unless: a) You do not attend your appointment ($50 no-show fee will apply), or b) You cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours 'notice (which may also incur the $50 fee)

(This policy is in place to minimise no-shows and ensure appointment slots are reserved for clients genuinely considering treatment.)

2. Booking & Payments

• All appointments require either pre-payment or card-on-file details to secure your booking.

• Afterpay is available for eligible treatments.

• Payment is required at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of your consultation fee or a late cancellation fee.

• Multiple no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, we may need to reduce your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without notice may be considered a missed appointment.
  

5. Medical Suitability & Safety

• All clients must complete a full and accurate medical history prior to any treatment. Any adverse events should be reported to us immediately.

• Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in adverse reactions, for which we cannot be held responsible.

• Adverse outcomes due to incomplete medical history or failure to follow aftercare advice are non-refundable and not the clinic’s liability.

• Injectable treatments are strictly available for clients aged 25 years and older.

• Pregnant and breastfeeding individuals are not eligible for any treatment.

• For the safety of all clients, we reserve the right to decline or postpone services when necessary.

• Always update us about any changes in health, medications, or allergies prior to each visit.

6. Results & Expectations

• Results vary between individuals due to multiple factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle, and medical history.

• Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, but we will always provide honest, medically-informed guidance.

• Follow-up and maintenance may be required to achieve and maintain results.

7. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for treatments that have been performed.

• Adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results due to undisclosed health information or lack of adherence to aftercare instructions are not eligible for refunds or compensation.

• If you experience concerns after treatment, contact the clinic immediately for appropriate aftercare and support.

8. Photography & Documentation

• Clinical photos may be taken before and after treatment for documentation and safety purposes.

• With your consent, images may also be used for marketing or educational purposes. Consent will always be requested separately.

10. Promotional Offers

• Promotions are subject to specific terms and valid for a limited time.

• Offers are not redeemable in cash and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.
